Until August 19 we are difficult to reach and there are no deliveries. After that, we try to process all orders and emails as quickly as possible.



Do I get a confirmation of my order?

You will always receive an order confirmation from us. If you haven´t received it then it might be seen the mail for spam. Send us an e-mail and add our mail address (shop@mandoka.com) to your contacts, usually your spam filter leave then the mail. We will send you the mail again.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Refundable as long as you have not yet received confirmation from us.

I have a wrong product ordered, may I return this?

As a consumer you have a sale at a distance (via the internet) 7 days to change your mind. Return may only in its original packaging and unused. You should always contact us first. The shipping costs will be for your own expense.
