Was your item damaged when you received it?

In the highly unusual event that the item you ordered is received damaged, it is very important  to make a note on the packing slip from the carrier. If not mentioned on the packing slip it is not possible to take it in considaration.

Take and email us a photo of the damaged item, the packing slip and the packaging, within 48 hours of delivery. After we have received the photos, we will arrange a solution.

Important: Each item is quality-checked before it leaves our warehouse. Please fully inspect your item before use for any damage in transit, as we are not able to replace or provide a refund for used items.

How long do I have guarantee?

You have one year garantee on faults in fabrication.

We do not cover faults caused by accidental damage, blockages, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. The guarantee does not apply if the defects is (partly) caused by normal wear and tear, improper or incorrect treatment or use, improper or inadequate maintenance or if the product is used for other than normal (business) purposes. You should check the company operating instructions by us strictly to comply.

Make sure there are no hard / large pieces in your material (eg. stones, iron, big pieces of material), this may cause damage to the machine. Check your material on it! The weakest point is the axis of the roller (the cheapest part), which is in the first instance, then the "shear pin", but this does not exclude further damage to the machine. Resulting injury is excluded. On (parts of) the roller and die a guarantee is excluded, unless it is a manufacturing defect.
