How much shipping costs do I pay?

Netherlands:

€ 4.25 for letter post.
For packages up to 10 kg, you will be charged € 8.60
For packages up to 30 kg you pay € 16.00.
Large packages (e.g. machinery) are sent by transport agency. For the Netherlands costs are € 75.00-€ 140.00 depending on which machine.

Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Austria, Spain, United Kingdom and Sweden:

€ 9.80 for letter post
For packages up to 30 kg you will be charged € 19.00
Large packages (e.g. machinenery) are sent by transport agency. Costs are variable between € 165.00-€ 385.00 depending on which machine.

Finland, Ireland, Poland, Portugal:

€ 12.60 for letter post
€ 22.00 for packages up to 10 kg
For packages up to 30 kg you will be charged € 28.00
Large packages (e.g. machinenery) are sent by transport agency. Costs are variable between € 165.00-€ 385.00 depending on which machine.

What is the delivery time?

We aim to process your order within 4 working days after receipt of your payment to be delivered in Netherlands. For abroad will this slightly longer depending of the country. If an item is temporarily out of stock and there is a longer delivery time you will receive a message within 7 business days.

Processing Time - Processing time is the amount of time that it takes our shipping and warehousing staff to process all the orders daily after quality/security check has been done of all the items, package them up carefully and safely, and get your box in the hands of the postal carrier.

Shipping Speed - Shipping Speed is how quickly the postal carrier delivers your package across the country locally or internationally. International Packages may take longer due to custom check. We do not have any control over customs.

Do I get a message when my order ships?

Yes, you will receive a mail. Delays in shipping at the transport agency are of course beyond our responsibility.

What if I'm not at home when the package comes?

If you are not at home then the packet is issued at your neighbours. If no hearing is then the packet will be offered to you again or you can pick up at a service point near you.

Packages over 30 kg are delivered by a transport agency. Do you want to receive on a specific day in the week mention this in the comments then we try to take account of.

I want the order delivered to a different address?

Yes you can. You can enter a different delivery address on your order. We make sure that your order is delivered there.

Incorrect Address?

Please note that if an incorrect address is entered on your order and as a result our carrier is unable to deliver the item the product may be returned to sender. If an order is returned to sender and you would like it to be re-shipped, there will be a surcharge for re-delivery in height of the shippingcost for your order. If you notice you have entered the wrong address immediately after placing your order - please e-mail us. If it is within 2 hours of placing your order we may be able to change the address to the correct one. After your order has been shipped a change of address isn’t possible anymore. In that case you have to arrange it yourself on the deliveryadress.
