How can I pay?

All orders must be paid for in full before any goods will be dispatched. All products are subject to availability and remain the property of Mandoka until paid for.

We have two options:

1. Direct bank transfer

2. With E-banking/Sofort banking, pay via your own bank

Advantage of E-banking/Sofort banking is that we receive your payment directly and your order can almost immediately in production. The sooner you will have your order.

You can send us your payment by Bank Transfer and we will ensure your goods are dispatched with minimal delay. In most cases within the Netherlands, transfers can take up to three days and up to five working days for transfers made outside of the Netherlands. This method will be an option at checkout and you’ll see a listing of all relevant information needed to complete your bank transfer.

Please mention the order number with your payment for a quick handling of your order. For companies there is no exception.


The prices are including VAT, why is there a sales tax on the invoice amount?

The prices on our site are all VAT included. The amount of VAT that is included on the invoice is listed

separately. This is an obligation of the tax authorities and companies need this for the return of the

VAT. So you don’t pay double.

Customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective countries, where applicable. For more details, contact your local customs authority. Mandoka cannot be held responsible for any fees made by your bank/card issuer.
